Miniature Sorbet Wedding Cakes

If your looking for an alternative to cake or ice cream this is the perfect idea! Not only will your vegan and vegetarian friends love this, you will too!

Sorbet is the perfect dessert to cool off in the summer heat and this recipe can be made at least one day in advance for any party or wedding. I love how they styled the plates with the bride and groom’s initials.
