From the bride: Vlad sent an email through a mutual friend and asked him to forward it to Fabienne. I replied that my name is Phabiola not Fabienne. He then proceeded to call me Phabolia. I emailed to tell him that he was still calling me the wrong name, but it took several e-mails back and forth before he finally got it. This case of wrong name calling led to the love of my life.
I suppose you could compare us to a tamed version of Dharma and Greg. We could never get away with getting married on our first date, but Vlad happens to be a lawyer and while I’m not quite a hippie, I do have hippie/free spirit tendencies. 😉
