1. Past Relationships. We’re not talking the short relationships, we’re talking the big ones. The ones that changed your life forever. Bodgas suggests that you also include in the details why you broke up, how long you were together and of course if you were married before.

2. Whether or Not You Want Kids. Its a deal breaker for a lot of couples. But, in my opinion you should know this very soon after your relationship gets serious.

3. The Possibility of Kids Already Running Around. Bodgas says that if your partner cut ties with women he had unprotected sex with, you need to know about it.

4. Your Takes on Religion. According to Bodgas you need to know how important religion could become, and what religion that may be, if you get to those points in your relationship.

5. What His Family Like. LOL, yeah this is important!

6. Past Run-Ins With the Law. You don’t want any major surprises in your marriage.

So, 26 comments later this article sparked a HUGE discussion on Glamour Weddings from financial status to sperm donation readers went back and forth on questions they think you should also know.

Here’s a little sneak peak of Dejane and Erik’s South African wedding. Yesterday we sent out a newsletter to people who have been featured, people we would like to feature, and people who just need to know what’s going on. We made a little bit of an announcement in the newsletter. We’ve been working on a little project here at Lucy Dylan Weddings and we’ve officially moved up the deadline.

I’ll be shaking a few things up in the next few weeks. Earth day is just a few days away (April 22) so this week will be dedicated to eco-friendly alternatives for your wedding day. I’ve been working on some fun projects and can’t wait to share with you!

Grace Ormonde Wedding Style is to weddings what Vogue is to the fashion world. Brides dreams of being in it. Brides pull inspiration from it. We are officially 8 days from the release of Grace Ormonde’s first book, Being in Love Never Goes Out of Style. It’s 400 pages of inspiration from the best vendors Grace has seen from the past decade. We can’t help but fall in love with the photography, the cakes, the food, and we can all secretly wish Mike Colon could shoot our wedding.

Grace has said of her book, ” Coordinators can use it as a planning guide. Photographers can use it to find inspirational lighting. Cake masters and chefs can find creative food designs. Florists can inhale the floral visions. A bride can visually reference to styles she likes instead of only painting it with words. The possibilities are limitless.”

I can not wait for this book to hit the shelves. I admire Grace and what she has done for the wedding industry. She loves beautiful photography and inspires us all to think bigger. Grace will be hitting the book tour circuit starting in just a few days. For all of us in the Rocky Mountain Region, Grace will make a stop in Vancouver, B.C. on April 20 at the Vancouver Club from 6-9 pm.
