For the first time ever I will not be stepping into a mall this Holiday season. I feel like a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders since deciding to do all of my shopping online this year.

Of course, it got me thinking of all those engaged couples out there who will be roaming stores like Crate & Barrel with their gun in-hand making wedding registries. I’ve blogged a few times about wedding registries and gifts for the bridal party. Well, now it’s time to start putting those gifts into an inspiration board!

I make inspiration boards for just about anything to make sure I don’t stray away from the end vision. This is why I haven’t  made the jump onto pinterest.com, I know its silly, but honestly, I would spend ALL day on there and not get anything done!

Since my favorite color is green I’m inspired by green kitchens. Obviously you can do small splashes of different shades of green for your kitchen but, in the end, its all about bringing the outdoors in!

Today I’m inspired by Claire Pettibone and the colors green and blue. Vintage inspired with classic touches makes this color board one of my favorites.

If you throw in a touch of color like white or purple it will make for the perfect summer wedding. Makes me want to hang on to summer just a little bit longer

Today I’m inspired by Watters and the colors blue, purple, and dark pink. I love the dreamy, romantic, and timeless look of the Watters collection. Not to mention that when paired with this color palette it gives a sophisticated look to any wedding.

Whether you have a vintage or classically styled wedding, blue, purple, and dark pink is a color scheme to remember and it has me swooning for more!

As you know we have some amazing vendors on our Dylan List. But today I can’t help but be inspired by Dylan List member Bliss Event Planning! The thought and care they put into each wedding and event has me over the moon excited for them to be a part of Lucy Dylan Weddings.

When they sent over this green and purple color board it had me swooning for more and wanting to get married all over again. Today I’m inspired by gowns by BHLN and the color combo yellow, gray, and blue. Lately, I have been obsessed with the color gray and I love the color combinations that can be paired with it.

Simple understated details and splashes of colors makes this inspiration board one of my favorites. I love non-traditional bridal jewelry like Bellissima Jewelry Design. Whether it’s chunky or simple jewelry pieces brides wear it has me swooning over their style and wanting more.
