Real Missoula Wedding: Daisy & Erik

Daisy and Erik wanted to keep their wedding ceremony small and intimate, so they were married in the iris garden at Ft. Missoula.

For Daisy’s something old she wore her mother’s pearls that her mom wore at her own wedding.

You can find programs and stationary like this at Wedding Paper Divas.

Daisy also made her own bouquet with white and red roses. She added a touch of greenery to make it pop.

Instead of having traditional bridesmaids and groomsmen Daisy and Erik decided to have close friends take turns reading parts of their ceremony and vows.

Daisy wanted to add special touches to her wedding so she purchased her wedding dress in North Carolina where she is originally from.

Daisy and Erik had two receptions, the first one was at the Loft.

Daisy and Erik made most all of the decorations themselves including the paper flowers that topped their wedding cake by Bernice’s Bakery.

At their second reception the following day, they opted for a more casual feel at the Stensrud.

Daisy loves cake, so she had two more cakes and a third that a friend made for them.

  1. Love the paper flowers on the cake. The use of those saturate colors is great, too. Wish more brides weren’t afraid of color.

  2. Thanks so much for the feature, Lucy! 🙂 Daisy and Erik are such a lovely couple!
