Rena grew up in the countryside of south Georgia, Sean in the concrete jungle of Los Angeles. They met at the University of Georgia and became friends. The romance blossomed after Rena moved to Austin for her first teaching job and Sean was finishing his MBA at the University of Oregon.
Sean proposed to Rena while she was visiting him in Oregon, from there they jetted to L.A. to see where they were going to move after his graduation. I flew to Austin with them to document their sweet love.
I have photographed this young woman since birth and know her better than any other, she is my daughter and I can tell you that they are very much in love and their future is bright.
